Hi Everyone,
I am going to be visiting the Paradise Health Spa tomorrow night and wondered if anyone would be interested in meeting up or even how many local Bournemouth members visit there.

Hi ya
When I was studying for degree finals, always found that if you recorded bits on to a dictaphone and then listened to it at night, while sleeping u retain the information
