Having come out of a longterm sexless marriage, I'm now looking for couples and ladies to show me what I've been missing!!

I'm almost 50, I like to think I'm in fairly good nick, look younger than I am (good genes). Currently slowly loosing weight which is good, (3 stone so far), so I am a work in progress and by no means the finished article yet.

Have not had much of a wild life been rather a straight arrow, although I do have hidden qualities. I am in the process of finding myself again, I have my old sense of humour back which is cheeky, I do flirt!

I am easy going, I can accommodate should the situation call for it.
