We went to Prague last August with our friends, absolutely fab place but i'm afraid you'll be dissapointed with the clubs.
We looked high and low and could not find a swingers club anywhere, the adult clubs we did go to were men only, much to the annoyance of our ladies!
Hope you have better luck than us, but if not we can assure you that you'll have a great time. Try a restaurant called "Hot" on Wensleslas Square, very very good!

Really nice place, plenty to see and do lol.
Only down side to our visit was the cost of membership and finding out we have to re-new it at a cost of £50 to £100 depending when you re-new. We went 3 weeks ago so it made it an expensive visit.
But saying that, we really enjoyed ourselves.
