i dont think its illigal for somone to use a pair of night vision goggles to spy on a dogging session in a public park / wood / whatever (or any sex session in public)
If you dont want to be watched, you dont do it in public. If you were at home, and he was using night vision to spy through your bedroom window, then yes, that is highly illigal and a breach of somones right to privacy, and in my view tottally unacceptable. But if your out in public, and someone is watching (with or without) nightvision, then there is no offence.
My personal view is that if you are prepared to have sex in public, you have to be prepared that some people are going to see you, whether you see them is a different matter, but thats the risk you take.

Hello! Im a 21y/o male from the NW, Ive been visiting the site and forums for a while now but never actually got around to registering. Ive not got much experience in swinging, but ive had 3somes with my girlfriend(now an ex) and thats about as far as ive got so far. I'd love to widen my experience :)
