Yes sara - agree completely. I logged on this evening to find that I had to choose a colour that didn't suit my personality! I also didn't feel as free to chat whilst adding emoticons that expressed what I was saying to an adequate degree. Why have the colours gone? It makes no sense!!! The other functionalities have increased the customer service whilst reducing other seemingly 'less important' aspects. Nooooooooooo they are not - they are just as crucial so SH bring them back pleeeeeeeeeeeeease :cry :cry :cry - seeeeee I can't even cry anymore!!!!!!!!!! Fabian
