No chat engine is perfect and it all depends on load ( I did notice Lag last night in the new one ) but I can tell you as an IT guy they'll still be tweaking the back end to work better. The beta test only checked the functionality not the load.
Finally, yes you get out what you put in ! Make the effort to connect, have fun and make friends on the forum, in chat, and yes by message and ad's too.

Rob i've tried other sites and yes some of the ones i've tried are poor, but i PAY money to SH and the service isn't as good as it used to be, we've been SH members for three yrs but it wont make it to four.
I've replied to some threads on the forum that either dissapeared or were moved (according to the MOD) mind you I cant find them :twisted: or at best locked when the MOD's bluff had been called. I've witnessed people getting "kicked" for dareing to question a MOD. It stinks, this site 's gone so far down hill it should be called Swinging Hell.
You are of course entitled to your opinion, but in MY opinion the chat rooms are not any where near as busy as they used to be, and the quality of the members in chat has declined, you can Jazz it up all you like with gimmicks like shrep etc but it just ain't what it used to be. :sad:
