Hi - I plan to settle down soon, but want some great memories for my rocking chair! I've been single since last November and don't much like it (who are these people who say life is better alone?) so thought I'd give this a go. Am I expecting to meet the love of my life on here? Not really, but never say never; meeting someone I could be friends with would be just great. I'm passionate about water (and have a dinghy I like to take out on the Thames), walks in the countryside, mountain biking, food, books, music and films, and I'm fit, fun, witty, intelligent, attentive, tactile and easygoing (oh, and modest too, believe it or not!).
