So if you want the buffet just say, after all it will be free so nobody can really complain if it isn't the best in the world but a few nibbles always go down well (pun intended)

Would you like a buffet ? I have been known to throw a few vittles together from time to time and would be happy to do so for the social, it won't cost you anything but I do need to know numbers ;)

As you know with socials you never really know numbers so thats why the buffet has been scrapped. This is a non profit event so we need 80 guests to cover the cost if any money is left over it will be used for the next social. To be honest to provide a buffet for 50p per head isnt viable.
If this one goes well then we will look at it again next time.
