with the addition to the above post i could probably put up one or two people (or maybe a couple more) at mine as long as they dont mind the floor ;) im only an hour or so drive from notts which although its still a drive is closer than lots who want to go.

This sounds loads of fun could you provisionally put my name down please, just a couple of quick questions :-
1) serious one - when does deposit have to be paid by ?
2) any chance of having a list supplied of the people likely to be suffering PMT at the time so we men know who to avoid or if going to be too many having the chance to show our cowardice and cancel before hand - he he only kidding really dont want to upset anyone
