I visited a car park today just after lunch time that I understand has been used for dogging...and was walking my dog in the surrounding area.
several people in cars, just there sightseeing, but one lady got my attention, I said hello to her and she smiled kind of knowingly. I had been watching her because she kept getting out of her car and adjusting her clothes. after I had gone back to my car and was just waiting outside it, I kept seeing the her rear screen wiper going (with squirt!).
was this a signal?
