I have tried to remove the town from my profile by unchecking the relevant box but no change has resulted. How do I make this work?

I have unchecked the item on my account details relating to whether my town is shown on my profile page. However the town still appears - how can I change this please?

My webcam doesnt show as many frames per second as some of the others on here. Its just the same offline. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to improve it?

In the last 24 hrs too many times when the chat room gets halfway thro loading and then stops. I didnt pay my sub to be so frustatingly locked out! Its playing up right now.
