To us this means if we upload a picture to here we are permitting Swinging Heaven to use the picture in any way they want including selling it onto a 3rd party. Is this correct? And if it does not mean that what exactly is meant by the terms listed above?

Also as well as the kick time out a ban option should be allowed where the ban is not instant but allowed the user to be reported to chat room admins for them to take action if required
Short term though, can the 5 minute time out be reduced to 2 minutes? would save a load of fustration

1 STABLE server with all the rooms in
the ability for a couple to be in the chat room twice, some of us are posh with 2 computers lol
mini profiles like face party that show instantly age/member type and location
room set so that only certain members can be let in e.g. couples, only members with certain location/s set to make a local room only for local people
kick and ban options
ignore options, get a trouble maker and everyone can ignore them
cam only rooms
and finally and most importantly, for SH to actually deliver the new chat room that is now nearly 2 months late and no word of when it will be live
