I've done a number of these from behind the camera and agree with ForestFunsters that you'll probably get more fun out of it in your own home than in a full studio. The photographer might even be able to bring his/her lighting setup to you.
There's no reason why you shouldn't get good photos as well as an erotic time though. Of course there's always an outdoor shoot to add an extra element of naughtiness if you like that idea.

Not sure where you had the 0% emission from, the X5 churns out between 259g/km and 356g/km. That's why they pay more for road tax.
Many years ago I attended a course on teaching reading skills to adults, now a lot of it sadly forgotten. One technique we used was to get them to recognise just the main words in a sentence - adults have enough of a grasp of the language to fill in the blanks.
One easy task is to go through the kitchen cupboards or find any everyday item that are labled. Pick up packs of food and get them to read the lables, just the main part rather than the small print. They'll already know many of the words without realising it.
Concentrate on words that they're likely to come into contact with every day so that they learn these quickly. This will help them build up confidence to tackle more difficult words.

Yes a model does need to be completely relaxed and the results will show if they aren't. Often the fist shots are just taken to relax the model, unless they're professional, and you'll find that they improve as a photo session goes along. It might even take a couple of sessions to get the results you want.
If you want shots of yourself then I'd say it's important that you discuss exactly the type of shots you want and how you'd like to look. A good photographer will guide you in getting those shots and also suggest alternatives. If you and the photographer have a single aim then hopefully you'll get shots you're both happy with.
