I would like to know what happed this time and how SH can justify the membership fee
I'm close to renewal and at the mo cant see a reason to do so.

We pay for a service and should expect and receive a level service that is fair....
For the amount of fees x membership it's not being reached ...
We should receive a fair level of compensation for loss of service over a mean time in line with the service level agreement.
