Its a shame that SH have the time to lock threads about the inoperative chatrooms, but no time to post anything on the chatroom news to keep their customers informed of either the problem or progress in finding a resolution.
The cynic in me says that sh can't handle criticism. The optimist in me hopes that they are taking stock and learning from this.
I want to know why people have to keep starting new threads repeating the same line "why isn't the chat room working" when clearly there are threads already on the go. Can't people read?
