We are wondering that swinging is legal. Just we have met few cpls on talking level and we are thinking to move on to next level. But we are wondering that swinging or finding someone to share with us is legal. I know dogging is not legal but if anything happens in private property – is it legal? Any law enforcing agency can pose as couple or single person and cause any legal headache? We are new to this any advice welcome.
