I have BPH. Basically an enlarged prostate. It is not cancer. I take a medication for it called Tamsulosin which enlarges the "tubes" to help me to pee better (Dustasteride is another one, but that will reduce libido and give a disinterest in sex) but it also stops liquid ejaculation, not orgasm. Sometimes I get a small amount of ejaculate, but normally nothing. Some people like it because cum can be messy, someone has to clean it up.
But I guess the reason we have very few people contact us is because I have been open about it on our profile. But that is the only effect. I can still get hard, can still last and have a lot of fun. If anyone has seen us in other places on cam, they will know I can rise to the occasion.Cancer is a different ball game. The removal of the prostate will normally lead to total impotence. The removal nearly always damages the nerves in the area. My brother has stage 4 prostate cancer, he is unable to perform at all other than orally or digitally.
The thing is guys, don't be scared of non ejaculation. Be open and honest, don't try and pull the old "I can dry orgasm" trick, you may be asked to cum normally and that leaves you high and, errr, dry?
Very well said. I have an enlarged prostrate and also taking the same medication. It has also been found that I have very early stage cancer too. They're not doing anything about this, only monitoring for now but the thought of ever losing my prostrate frightens the hell out of me
