Warming the Bed
I gace up drinking over 7 years ago for one reason and another...I have to say that we go through bottles and bottles of the cheap fizzy water from Tesco (14p odd for 2 litres) and mixed with the usual non-sugar cordials is more refreshing than just water.
If you drink heavily your quality of sleep is not what it should be- you are unconcious for 7 hours rather than asleep...there is a massive difference. You wake up having not given your body any chance to re-cuperate hence the need to sleep sooner than you would consider normal.

Warming the Bed
My wife and I met a black guy in a hotel last saturday (pics on prof if interested!). It was a long standing fantasy for me to watch her with another guy, pref a bbc. We were really nervous but both had the best time. She had mucho sex with him with me watching and sometimes joining in and it was really enjoyable for all concerned. I even left the room for 20 mins at one point and let them get on with it! My observations from the evening were:
1. It doesn't necsassarily have to be a black guy for the experience to be a good one.
2. Getting the right guy is essential (I can thoroughly recommend our guy if anyone wants to pm me).
3. I'm not a "cuck" in the sense of wanting to be humiliated or for wife to take a b/f (was flirting with this idea beforehand but not now) but LOVE watching her act like a slut.
4. Swinging in the way that we do makes our relationship as strong as it has ever been- or should I say confirms to us how strong it is.

Were she expressing the same bigoted opinions about a religous minority (Muslims for instance) she would be run out of town in about 90 seconds. Why the Gay community has to put up with this in this day and age is beyond me.
And no, in my opinion she is not entitled to this opinion. Inciting racial hatred is a crime in this Country and so should this be. She should be nicked and banged up. Narrow minded religous zealot.
