Thatâ€™s another positive aspect to swinging, it gives you the confidence and strength to move on from the badness of your past and enjoy what you have now, donâ€™t linger on what happened and throw away those grudges you maybe carrying and live every minute with happiness in your heart.
I believe you have to know what you want from things in your life and reach for the stars to be able to really relax and enjoy the sex side of things, with no ridged barriers.
Having friends who will stand by you no matter what things they may hear about you is amazing and i wouldnâ€™t change those relationships for anything. This is the one place people should be able to understand your desires and not judge you for them.

The best thing for me out of all this is meeting people who make you feel normal.
If i told my friends some of the things i get up to they would be really upset with me, so just having people i can be open and honest with whilst living out my fantasies is amazing!!
It removes the stigma attached with being adventurous.
