New Date: Saturday June 19th
Due to some unforseen circumstances we are moving this social on a week to Saturday the 19th June - I do hope this does not cause any problems for those of you who already have this date in your diaries!
Now that the May social has been and gone you can all make plans!

I hope its ok to reply to this thread as a single girl?
I have been around on this site for around two years, originally as part of a couple and we did manage to have meets from off here, but as you say no real genuine replies to ads.
As a single girl all i get everytime I logon is a load of friend requests from single guys I have never even chatted to never mind invited.
Messages wanting me to cam with them, or ones that claim that they have a gf that wants her first bi experience!
I now refuse to meet anybody unless I have met them at a social function or ones that at least can be vouched for by somebody I know. Obviously if somebody is a regular chatroom user then my trust may be gained but not on a whim.
Occasionally I attend swinging clubs with guys I know and I too have noticed a real decline in couples going - the last time I went to one I was amazed at the numbers of people wondering around fully clothed upstairs just gawping - this never used to be allowed.
At one time I went as a single girl a few times on a night where single guys are allowed and felt safe - now the majority there are single guys and you are practically mobbed everytime you move - no limits seem to be set anymore and no way in a million would i go alone. This is offputting to single girls and presumably couples too, result even less women to go around....
The exception to the above has been Chams which I have to say was on both times I have been a really great night.
I use the chatroom on here reguarly and have made new friends, but because I say I don't want to meet somebody who is a complete stranger at 11pm on a Saturday night or go to a party where I know not one of the guests that I am not a swinger and shouldn't be using the chatroom as a social venue.
I am accused of not being a genuine swinger because I don't actually want to shag every person who shows an interest in me and that being "social" has no place in real swinging.
In otherwords unless i am using the chatroom to arrange a meet i shouldn't be there and I am included in what some label as time wasters!
I object to this - each to their own I say - I simply prefer to get to know people first.
Its not just an excess of single guys who are the problem, there are single guys on couple profiles, couples who go on cam to prove genuinity, but whos "wife" seems to change often and they look like the paid for variety.
There is no real verification of people on here and there is a lack of trust - that is why the site has become more social.

I know how frustrated you must be Joy it's a struggle - I always did these things anyway when i was with someone and he was not a bit of help, but somehow it is still harder cos now I haven't the spite of temper to do it lol.
I used to get so angry that I was struggling and that he could sit there and do nothing to help, that I somehow managed anyway!
When he moved out I tore the bedroom apart and haven't done any more of it and my living room is in a state of half decoration - both have remained like that for ages and what I am struggling with is the motivation to finish it.
Working full time and having a new thing called a social life doesn't help - I just don't seem to have the time, and when I have time, I am just too tired.
I could use some help too lol
