Myself and a few friends lost around 10 - 15kgs each in 4 months. It does mean you have to change your life style. Healthy eating out of 7 days and excersize but worked very well

They could be one of two things in london - Ken is bringing in a low emition zone - taxed by how much your vehicle spits out or the pay as you go scheme - i.e pay per mile as this is due to roll out on 10 major road in the next while - m25, south circ, north circ and a3 to name a few.

mmm... my mother found some used items in my drawer while helping clean my room when i was moving... not the best experience of my life and its never been mentioned again. Funny im more careful where i put things now. redface
