Just come back from a sunny afternoon at the BSC, first visit and I was very impressed.
The facilities are very good and the staff are friendly, however the best part is the chalet's and full marks to BSC for providing such as clean and safe environment.
I would thoughly recommend anyone paying it a visit sometime. Thanks to Debs and her Husband (if your reading this board) for a fun afternoon.
Well the forecast is looking like one of the best weeks/weekends of the year. Got to make use of the weather while it lasts
Anyone out there looking to meet up for a social meet up? (Social as in no funny business as its a family beach and I'm not interested in upsetting members of the public or the authorities)
Do other members of this board visit naturist beaches?
Anyone interested in a social beach meet weekend?
If the weather forecast is nice I am planning on going down for the weekend (as I usually do when the forecast is good). Not interested in playing or any illegal activity, as its a public and family beach. Merely enjoying the sun, sea and sand.
Any other naturist beach lovers out there? Male or Female/ couple or single doesn't matter. Post here or PM if interested.

We have gone over to a tertiary economy (that is a service based one) in the last forty years from a secondary industry economy (manufacturing), which was part of the up and down, boom and bust we saw in the preceding decades. By using the housing market as a means of generating profit and the availiability of credit, we as consumers have spent our way out of recession for the last 10 years.

Is it true that we are in the process of going one step further into a knowledge based economy - or is that just a component?

may be of interest. I think your comment can be argued (like most things) either way, but I would imagine is the latter. I think we would stay in a tertiary economy, with "knowledge based" being an increasingly growing sector.
Debt financing is only part of the picture.
The economy turns on the following factors
Housing market, (turning a profit on a sale)
Employment (if people have job security they spend more on goods and services)
supply of goods and services (related to above)
intrest rates and sale duties (affect the price of things)
and the international versions of the above.
Something the Americans picked up on a long time ago was that war actually is good for business. That is one of the reasons why they invest so heavily in their military and have so many manufacturers. The USSR collapsed for many reasons but partly because they couldn't keep up with the west with their controlled (as opposed to free market) economy. (That doesn't mean im pro war or advocate it as a business solution)

Also low interst rates have meant that companies are borrowing more (refered to by their gearing ratio), whereas they used to generate extra cash on the stock market by issuing shares. That method was too volatile, resulting in the value of the companies floating up and down causing recruitment and redundancies depending on the day to day value of the company. The media takes much less of an interest in the stock markets than they did in the 80's because investors aren't taking risks on the market anymore, instead companies rely on bond issues and loans/mortgages from banks, with fixed interest repayments.
I'm of the opinion that dogging at Studland is a bad idea because
There are a lot of people who use the beach and dunes, who disapprove of public sex.
There are very few official naturist beaches and to lose this one because of public indecency would be a shame.
I think people should meet up/socialize there, but take the action back to somewhere more private where children and the general public aren't within a stones throw!

I would agree pretty much with your statement. It's true to say that the swinging scene is just like any other "club".
I have only been on this forum a week and I would say that this is a surprisingly open "society" of members, who are wanting to chat and socialise. In fact I would go as far as saying that the social and friendship side of this group seems to me to be more important that the sex, which is a healthy attitude to have.
I am going to the rios meet on Saturday and I am looking forward to meeting some of the other users of this board. I am sure that I will meet a variety of cool people and have a lot of diverse conversations, as indeed I have most times I go there.
See you all there.
I have to admit to being an admirer of WW, although make some good ones as well. cool
Well ladies what should guys wear on the beach? and what from gets your vote? wink
Anyone interested in a social event on this day? Weather permitting?

I know first signs of sunshine and everyone seemed to have the same bright idea as me to head to Dorset! Even the sea was a good temp.
Beach was great, loads of people there and even some entertainment wink
Ever visited there anyone? I highly recommend it

Anyone online today who has been to any of the UK's official or unofficial beaches?
Because its more like the South of France than rainy old Britain. biggrin
Anyone else enjoy the fun of naturism?
Been down to Studland in Dorset today and it was fantastic! Would be cool to do a beach meet over the summer!
