Thank you to all who turned up for the munch last week
over in excess of 90 people turned up and a good night
was had by all
£1,093 was raised on the night and with the 3 munches we have done (christmas ,easter and summer. the final count was £2,563 raised in total
The main charity was chest heart and stroke of scotland and the other charitys we supported were
children in need, red nose day, real radio childrens charity,
so thank you once agin to everyone who has supported us over the years
We hope to seesome of yous soon (you know who you are)
and we hope to be on swingingheaven soon you know you cant get rid of us that easily lol

seen u wrote the monitors less than 3 months old.
u can go back to the shop u got it and you dont need to use your garuntee as it is cover under the sale of goods act1994 if the equitment is less than six months old u are entitled to a new one not a repair as the garuntee allow the goods to last the min of a year.
also every peice of electrical equitment is covered under this act for 5 years in scotland. 6 years in england so payin for an extended garuntee isnt worth the paper its printed on your local trading standards office will advise u on this and how to get it changed

• Wherever goods are bought they must "conform to contract". This means they must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality (i.e. not inherently faulty at the time of sale).
• Goods are of satisfactory quality if they reach the standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, taking into account the price and any description.
• Aspects of quality include fitness for purpose, freedom from minor defects, appearance and finish, durability and safety.
• It is the seller, not the manufacturer, who is responsible if goods do not conform to contract.
• If goods do not conform to contract at the time of sale, purchasers can request their money back "within a reasonable time". (This is not defined and will depend on circumstances)

After the success of the Easter Munch, I am putting together another official Swinging Heaven Munch for all who are interested.
This will also be my Last munch as I move over to the Middle East end of July so will be classed as his nibs and mine going away party.
The date will be Saturday 28th July. The location and details will be sent by email at a later date
All people interested in attending have got to register their interest in forums.
There will be a cut off date, which will be announced nearer the time.
The cost has had to go up to per head as the pub has now got 2 extra rooms so can now hold 120 people but the insurance has gone up as well as supper. The per head will include supper, and also a glass of champagne as you enter the building, it covers the late licence and also the entertainment. Any monies left over will be given to charity. The charity being chest Heart and Stroke for Scotland.
There will not be a quiz this time but will be an Auction of Lingerie and ADULT toys as well as a raffle.
The Munch is open to all REGULAR members of the forum and the chat room, who have joined the forums or chat room on or before 1st February 2007 (which will give some of the newer members the chance to get know on here prior to meeting some people in a social environment). However, should places still be available nearer to the time, I will open this up to others who joined the site after this date so long as another regular on here will be able to vouch for them as being genuine or they have become regular posters/chatters in their own right.
There will also be a reserve list and nearer the time, if any places become available then the reserve list will be offered a place.

If anyone has any questions, or are unsure if they want to go to a Munch, then just drop me a whisper or mail and I will try to answer any questions you have. You will always find me in the Scottish room.
A list of local hotels will be available so people can book early and I will include details of local taxi companies.
If anyone guesses the location or the name of the venue and it gets out into the public domain, this munch will be cancelled to ensure discretion for all members.
