we was there a cple of yrs ago if ur staying near the town u will have to get a taxi to the dunes unless ur fit and as for fodd theres loads of places to eat and all the ones we tried were good value and great food we r looking at going there again late feb early march u should enjoy it even if u are on ur own hope u do
