this is why i am asking for any advice. becuase everyone has to start somewhere and maybe if i do it once it would give me a bit of confidence to do it again.

hi im new to this as i only found out last week that this goes on. my friend who told me about it was taking the mick about it saying poeple like that are freeks but i was interested by the sound of it so i looked it up and found this site.
i think the site is great and would luv to go along to watch a couple or maybe even join in but i am a bit shy!!! and i don't think i would have the bottle to do it.
but if there is anyone that could give me some advice that would be great. thanks for taking the time to read this ad.
