my g/f won't come out with me anymore for that very same reason - what is it with blokes standing inches away? with no signals being offered out by us?
went out on my own last night though, and had a good chat... nothing more. i understand now how couples percieve the lurkers.

yes, i have to agree.
my girlfriend was frankly freaked out by the single males literally standing inches from the passenger side window, peering in.... despite no signal to approach. it was her first time and she found it very off-putting. we're only really looking for couples - the fact that single blokes are around is a given... but is this generally universal behaviour?
