Ok to begin I'm filling this in in a hurry and will update/add to later or in a day or so...I do hate talking about me!

So before you have to plough through any more drivel from me lets get the pertinent points over and done shall we!

I'm disabled...no the brain functions well enough it's the legs that have a problem...I need crutches to walk..there now that's got rid of a lot of people the remainder I'm sorry to say you'll have to sift your way through my ramblings as and when I complete this what looks to be a version of War and Peace.

Right lets begin shall we...I've had a lover now for well, it's in it's 3rd year and still going strong but as he's married I'd like a little more on the side as well. I've reached an age where I know what I want and am happy to say so.

OK the sifting process continues...fun isn't it ..lol

I'm short ..yes really short and fat as well...I'm slowly losing weight...but have such a long way to go and there are so many wonderful tastes to sample...and yes I do know there are some things that taste good and are full of vitamins and minerals, and the extraction process is such fun!!!

Enough for now I'll update later...maybe a glass of something alcoholic will help lubricate the creative process..

Good heavens that glass of wine lasted longer than I'd intended...no not a recovering alcoholic I was busy having fun and forgot I'd promised to update the profile...so 4 years later I rediscovered my profile and would you belive other than an addition 4 years of age nothing seems to have changed.....damn oh yes I remember I was going to shed some weight...hey ho maybe this year....enjoy the journey alas the is no return ticket on this ride x x
