Don't know if anyone can help.
Yesterday we signed up for Heaven Extras, paid via Paypal but still keep getting prompted to upgrade. Raised a support ticket but have still had no reply from the "support team".
Is there a problem with the site at the mo and if so any idea when things will be fixed.
