Growing old disgracefully but help required.

Into my 60's and now retired so time on my hands so to speak feel good in myself have been "alone" for sometime now raising kids and seeing them off on their life journey and now looking to fill some of my free time with some one on one contact and hopefully mutual pleasure.

Not done this thing too often before so am a little green around edges so need understanding and guiding person...female would be best
