thanks for going to the troble of posting all that info...i read it all but i dont run any windows applications......we run mac os x so none of that made any sence to me! i have tryed all sorts to load the chat today and nothing works......we get in and it says which server and pool we are in but the only button that responds is the view profile button...which obiously loads nothing lol so we have to close the window wait for a few mins and log back in....also this happens when moving between rooms and servers so once in it can be frustrating to be locked out agian and again do you have any advise for a mac user?

being a new user of the site i just assumed that the wink was the polite but slightly cowardly way of making contact. just goes to show everyone has different feelings! so haveing read all your comments i/we will try and think of a few new lines lol Jo x
