The best advice is try it for yourself, the club has a nice set of people going, wed and fri nights are mixed and can have high numbers of single guys the saturday night's are mostly couples with the last saturday couples only. Sometimes it's quiet and sometimes its heaving fridays are probably the busiest nights, Had a problem with heating in winter but that seems to have been resloved with extra heaters put thru building, We go on a regular basis and have since day 1. CLUBF is not the best club in the country and also certainly not the worst, but we like it. 
Just to clarify things a bit the fee is £10 in advance, which goes directly to the club, to make it cheaper as a pre-organised event. Those who wish to turn up on the night will be charged £15 which is the clubs normal entrance charges. Please note there is only one charge - either £10 in advance or £15 on the night.
This goes only to the club to cover the cost of hiring the club and staff wages - no one involved in this are out to make any money. All we want is enough guys to cover the costs of the building and to enjoy ourselves with like-minded people.

We used to go to club2000, but now prefer clubF as its big with a pool, steam room, sauna and large nightclub feel loung with dance floor with alot of fun rooms etc ,and they are open 3 times a week and mostly busy with genuine swinging couples and singles. But like geardiecpl2001 says if u prefer the small house party feel then club2000 is best for people that like it a bit more intimate but clubf is a much livelier place. Probably good that 2 clubs that are so close are so different then theres something for different tastes. But pointless going to manchester or leeds as I never really seen the attraction in travelling that far as I have never thought the clubs down there were upto much.
Theres never enough single guys attending the greedy girls at clubf in sunderland on a wednesday night or a friday night, cmmon you sexy single guys go to club listings get the number of the club and get yourself along theres too many girls and couples per ratio of single guys! We are there wed and friday nights most weeks.
Clubf is starting a new couples only saturday from this week the couples only sunday hasnt taken place for months, they are doing a special for couples £10 quid in per couple this saturday and free membership for newbies and renewals, should be really busy as its the halloween party and alot of couples who dont like single men should be there. check the club listings for more info
