i've experienced hypnotherapy too, and found that, once i'd got a good relationship with the therapist... (how good's good...), the rest was easy....it was great....sooooo good....i needed regular repeats though...but i use it in my own way to this day!! long live hypnotherapy!! 9used to get mine free though, so i guess it made a difference.)
being held close, that unexpected text message, a surprise phone call....always being greeted / greeting people with a smile and a soothing or cheery word....having fun doing silly things....not looking at your watch....not feeling bad about anything....singing around work....all this and more....that's what happiness is. Give me some!! (I want what she's having!!)
2 things that anais said earlier...they just sum it all up really;
(a) it's the person we're listening to, not their ability to use the english language well, that matters.
(b) this SHOULD be a "safe" environment, where we can make mistakes and still be accepted and supported.
I think there are two issues here:-
the grammatical etc one and, the downright crude, hasty and unplanned entry just to try and get someone to meet and beat them! Personally, i have loads of time for the first category, as i fall into it too! In the second category, there is probably still some relevance.....these messages show some degree of intellect....they may be read by someone wanting an equal....let's give them the opportunity to meet up and then they may post less!!!!!

...but i bet you can guess, i'm not a happy puppy!!i accept that we all have different skills, strengths and abilities...though i do think that text talk has a lot to answer for in terms of misusing the language....spelling and grammatical errors don't concern me...as i've said, we're all able at some things and weaker in other areas.... i find my spelling is much weaker when i'm at the pc..i think its cus i'm a slowish typer but my mind is speeding ahead and then my fingers just don't know where the letters are anymore!! 
i just got totally confused looking for my own first post....have gone from being a joint poster to a solo poster and a name change since then...so don't know exactly....off for another look......
