Hello - just wanted to let you know that somehow we are back online into the chatroom after the weekend long problems.

When we try to enter a chatroom via AOL it just goes grey. Cannot even get into SH site via internet explorer!

Ever since Friday we have not been able to get into sh on internet explorer. We can get on via aol but it will not let us into the chatrooms - any ideas please?

When we use the cam in chat rooms it cuts us off after a while. Somtimes we get half an hour another time a couple of minutes. The cam works fine on MSN.
