Hi all, I would like to subscribe for a year but when I go to the payment screen it states that a form can be downloaded in acrobat form, I have acrobat and all I get when I click on the form is a blank page,(wither its my PC or a broken link I don`t know?) The help section is of no help and all I want is to contact SH to ask for an address to send payment to, but there is no way of contacting them either.
