Hi Maia
I also went last year and it is very relaxed and exceptionally clean....the people there are normal....certainly NOT full of body beautifuls!.....A great place to go and just unwind and relax. Its more a nudist club than sex club....I never saw anything going on but I think it can happen between consenting couples....Its got a great jacuzzi and outdoor pool so is good on a summers day!......go and enjoy!
David
ps If ever you want to arrnage a meet with me then I will be glad to.....may be fun in the jacuzzi!!

Give me a flirt and snog anyday.........if the 'minds' tuned in, then the sex can be awesome......you can always flirt snog and then one day shag and the shag will be better for waiting!!!

there are two good practices in Chippenham.....one is on New Road (I think) its on the corner of a one way system.....there is a private large car park pretty much at the top of a hill....as to see either of the two female dentists....cant remember their names.
The other practice is in the high street. as you go up the hill its on the right, upstairs
Good luck

Hi Blondeslave
I am pretty new to this too.......only really started to post today......now I am getting addicted!!!!!! Oh I have so much I need to do in life apart from sitting at this keyboard!!!
Byeeeeeeeeeeeee
Katie
what dentist do you currently go to? and roughly what town would be best for you to go to? I MAY be able to recommend
Dawn......have you ever been in dentistry, you appear to know quite alot
xxxx to both
heheheee Poor Sufferers!!!
I bet you both had a bad experience when you were younger with the school dentist.... this is usually the case...sad but true.
Whe I was a kid(woe am i) the dentists used to just get in and get out as soon as possible....often butchering an extraction!
Now dentists are trained to have a better bedside manner and they are taught that they are dealing in patients and not just with teeth!
You do get dentists who specialise in phobic patients......they generally have more patience (not patients) than most others, usually women as well!!!
Its probably your only hope.....I like the way you say that you are so brave for your kids!!! lol ooooh so brave!!! heheehee smile
So, 8 years old and fillings.........several things.......dont let them have too many fizzy drinks, they rot their teeth.......diet coke for instance is marginally better than normal coke! Also chewy, toffee style sweets are bad as they stick in the grooves of their teeth.
Also the best way to ensure they clean their teeth is have them all do it at the same time and you sit in the bathroom with them and talk to them when they do it.....that way they dont realise you are there to really watch them.....and you can communicate better with them.......its hopefully, happy days from here on in!!!! Yeah right!!!!
Mine was at the top of a mountain in Switzerland. On top of this mountain is a Church (forgive me Lord for I have sinned).
The church has a flat roof and my ex and I were up there at dusk......the twinkling lights of the villages, surrounding the lake below....the warm temperature of July......her rounded arse in front of me.........Well, it seemed rude not to.......then when i had finished I laid her on the bench and gave her oral!
Hehehee I repent my sins!!!! as if!!!!
cu3b4ll..........no mate, I have some fillings but not as many as you assume.....I am actually in the world of dentistry....thats why I know so much about it. wink
Dawn.....Unfortunately white fillings in back teeth are not available on the NHS and to be honest even if they were available on the Nash I wouldnt have one done on it. They need 'time' to place and NHS fees are too low for dentists to take their time and do a 100% fantastic job.
Yes i think for the sake of the future of your children have white fillings....I know its more expensive but at least you can sleep at night in that you are doing the best for them and thats the really important thing. How young/old are they?
NHS dentistry is becoming harder to find and in the future it will be just an emergency service. The government do not want to have to pay for NHS dentistry, that is clear and they will make the dentists out to be the bad guys but dentists are paid the rush everything and then get a bad name when the fillings/crowns go wrong. So the sooner we all start looking at private dentistry the better for our health. Just think about this.....Those people who have pets think nothing of going to a 'private' Vet and paying through the nose yet we begrudge paying for our own health...its true yet bizarre at the same time!
Happy fillings everyone!
Good luck
ahhhhhh sorry for posting the above....i only read page 1 and didnt realise page 2 existed.....d'oh!
Fillings.......Right, you have two camps in dentistry. The silver brigade and the more aesthetic (as already quoted) brigade.
Silver fillings contain mercury....Are they gonna make you go mad and give you alzheimers?.....well Tuna and Lettuce have mercury and if you have plenty of those items then you will take in more poison than a mouthful of silver will give you, so there is VERY LITTLE evidence that silver fillings harm....they are more dangerous to the environment when a dentist drills them out. when he drills them out the heat generated causes more mercury vapour to the patient, so have them taken out one at a time.
White fillings have improved greatly over the past 6 years. They are now VERY strong and if placed correctly by your dentist, will last longer (probably) than a silver one. They are more technique sensitive and take ALOT more time to place properly than amalgams. But I believe they are worth it in the long run especially in young teeth. Silver fillings 'expand' in the tooth and cause fractures, leading to root canal therapy/crowns and when the dentist originally drills the hole, he has to make the hole MUCH bigger than he does for white fillings.
At least if the white filling goes wrong he can re-stick it cutting minimal tooth tissue away. If he prepares the same tooth for silver or white, he would cut away 30% more tooth tissue to get the amalgam to stick.....I know I want to retain as much original tooth as possible!
It may be more expensive but I would now go for white everytime!
Hope this helps......Should you wish to know more please dont hesitate...
Hi
Silver fillings - Chew after 1 hour
white fillings - Chew immediately
But if you prefer soup then they will never fall out...not unless you get slapped!!!
