OMG, what have you done, its in your face and feels so messy. Why change a good thing (yes, the old one kept crashing, does that mean this one would too?)

Its been going on for months and months! All since the changes. You mention server and not servers? There is your problem maybe. You need to load balance the traffic. Also the underlaying infrastructure, is it fast and configured correctly?
