Are there inter-religious dynamics in play for some men, women, and couples?

A Sikh woman cucking her husband with a forbidden Muslim bull, for example. I loved following a Tumblr blog many years ago by a Pakistani woman whose husband was a bull to other couples (they were in the swinging scene). She told the story of one such wife who continued sleeping with her ex-bf who was Muslim, even after marrying her Sikh husband. She was caught cheating and after the husband admitted to his feelings they became a cuckold couple and she took on many Muslim bulls after. The story stuck with me since and I often wonder how frequently that happens.

There is an element of that I find fascinating but have not connected with anyone on due to it's sensitive nature. The secrecy and need for privacy is understandable within certain communities which will also inhibit discussion for fear of public outing. Is it appropriate to discuss and are there others who are drawn to it as well? If it's not an interesting subject I apologize, have never been sure on where and how to ask others about this.
