there is a web cam site that has this sort of thing and it works very well not been there for sometime may visit again soon for research!
i do think its a good ideal however i would rather see more effort going into making the rooms more stable.
logic would suggest that if you are busy the system should stop coms and then time you out if you are busy for to long to free up the space

you don’t need to cover a dozen car parks in an hour but you do need to put the time in and not like most guys who call them selves doggers but are just opportunists wait 10 min flash there lights or drive around lighting everyone up and them leave saying there’s nothing about. truth is that type of doggers is spotted a mile away and left to drive off before the fun starts.

many peeps think they dip out because of there adsl
i know mine is very stable and any problems are fully logged there is no co-incidence with drop outs from chat!
the true fault is being masked by the above or is it smoke and mirrors!
a code change as some one mentioned earlier is not difficult or shorten the certificate time if its a technical issue to 30 sec
fact there are far more suffering than cooling off
its a great place to be but totally frustrating at the moment
