I was under the impression that dogging was illegal and you could be arrested for par-taking and watching????
Please explain to me how sex in the open air and in locations with people isnt illegal.....i read the inspectors post about the police jsut being interested in the muggings that go on in those areas but i thought that sexual activity ouside of your own home and with other people was illegal.
Please explain...
