Sorry to be a pain in the arse but am unable to access chatrooms. Upon clicking the chatroom icon I am just getting a white screen with no messages or anything else for that matter 
Tried a few things to get in with no success so far. Any help appreciated although I am (obviously) not a computer boffin ! Thanks
