Well, reading through the threads from the last 24 hours, it sounds like lots of folks have had a really crappy day or two. I think we'll all feel much better once we get together into a gang and pound on the little guy with the glasses and steal his lunch money. smile
So who wants to be in my gang? :bounce:

what you all think?? biggrin

i think that both teams are overpaid overrated and quite frankly can't thinkof much worse to watch!
i can coronation street, eastenders, casualty, emmerdale farm, big brother, any more diy shows, the list is endless, roll on sunday 2-0 to the gooners i think, but more important come on bristol rovers lol
Don't watch any of that either ....... football used to be a working man's game, where the men were men and not poncy long haired pretty boys ... sorry but football just ain't what it used to be !!!!
Nope it's not the same. Thank god!
It's now a vastly superior and far more skillfull game.
It's a shame the 1% of professional footballers that are long haored pretty boys spoil the game for you. rolleyes
It does get a little tedious when people think you can't play football because you have long hair and don't look like you've been hit in the face with a bag of spanners. I personally find a hat trick usually shuts them up pretty fast though.

I didn't say it wasn't skillful ... just that it wasn't the same game it used to be ... I just don't think it's worth the X million that will be generated tomorrow .... 22 men running round a pitch lining their own pockets and those of the big fat directors ... used to be open to every working man .. it isn't now as most tickets are priced out of proportion along with merchandise. but isn't everything different today, you can say the same about music, film, games, any sport, money has changed everything in life most for the better just look around your home, dishwasher, washing machine, telephone,pc,television, dvd, central heating, i for one am glad of the good new days, and dont long for the bad old days :!: :!:

lotr, matrix, van helsing all just fantasy, but these are the films to see at cinema, never the same on dvd at home, but 911,bowling for columbine etc are the type of films to watch at home, they are more thought provoking than fantasy type of films which you just watch for special effects etc in cinema
i had caprice on the back seat of my car once!!!!!!!!! only problem was it was when i was driving a taxi
it's only in this last year i have started going to cinema again, as with most areas now having several multiplex cinemas showing films from morning through to the early hours it is easier to go, easy parking, no waiting walk straight in, only downside is the no smokeing rule but that is another subject. so we now go on average twice a month in the daytime. also if i take my niece and nephew i get to see things like shrek and garfiled .
i was persuaded to go watch saw, or dragged, but this turned out to be very good (some gory bits) but a really good ending which is not the norm nowadays, where you can predict the outcome after 5 mins, worth a view
shrek 2 the scene with pinochio and the g-string still makes me chuckle, this is more than just a kids film
for me super size me, never did like that fast food anyway, but the guy must be crazy to put himself through that for a month, it did surprise me the effect eating only mcdonalds could have on your body for a month rolleyes
very high brow for a friday, the weekend starts now, time for nonsense, keep the serious stuff now until monday
