Hey - decided to give this a bash! had a short stint on here 18months ago -- so looking for some fun fun fun ...so be gentle with me! then again no pain no gain - no pain no pleasure :) so lets scrap the gentle - have been off for a good bit due to trying to be good :)

One off meets are fine - but something regualar is best - just maybe once a week - but like that idea!
