I poped round Richmond site last night - a cold night I know - but there wasnt much happening - two blokes in a car?

Hi - totally new to this - live very near a popular spot in the area - a question - do people dog there during the day - took a drive around there yesterday about lunchtime and saw some couples in their cars but didnt want to approach in case they were not there to dog! - how would I know if they were? - when is a good time for this river venue?
and has anyone got any plans to be there anytime soon to give this dogging virgin a first experience?
