You're better off at the southern end of the island! The beaches around Magic Life are predominantly nude, and if you venture just a few miles northwards towards Mal Nombre and Sotavento you'll find the most fabulous stretches of nude beach, with soft pale sand and gentle slope into the sea. I'm off there next week.

It was a bit scruffy when I went a couple of years ago. In fact, the untidiest place I've ever seen, not helped by the fact that they didn't seem to bother clearing up much of the dog poo (only 7 dogs then, I think).

Not Casa de Libertad, the owners aren't swingers. It's a great B&B naturist villa though, about a 10 minute walk up the hill outside Xalon.
They looked like swingers when we were there :-)

Owners were Dee & Bill when we went, and they claimed they weren't swingers.

Forgot to add the really important bit - PlusCar don't charge any insurance excess, or try to get you to buy extra insurance. The rental price is all you pay, and you can pay in cash too if you're concerned about rental companies having your card details!

I'm in Fuerteventura right now, enjoying naked days on the loveliest beaches imaginable, in the Sotavento area. I always hire with PlusCar, they are much cheaper, they just ask you to return the car with roughly the same amount of fuel, they're always waiting for you in the car park as arranged (no queuing), and they're polite and helpful.

The beaches are much nicer, but there isn't the same level of activity as you find in the Maspalomas dunes. Perhaps the most active area in Fuerteventura is the southern end of the Corralejo dunes, but action is confined to within the many circular stone shelters on the beach - there doesn't seem to be the open action you find at Maspalomas.
In the south of Fuerte, in the Jandia region, I didn't see any action on the beaches, although I have to say some of the beaches are spectacular; the nicest naturist beaches I've found in Europe.

Don't think that you'll find "cheap and cheerful" with nude sunbathing. The Barcelo Margaritas hotel is fairly near to Cita Center, and has a rooftop naturist terrace. Or the Gloria Palace, further away in San Augustin just outside PDI, also has rooftop naturist facilities.

Maspalomas in Gran Canaria has the best opportunities for fun in the dunes, plus it has good clubs/bars in Playa del Ingles. Personally, I don't like the beach itself at Maspalomas (though I've spent many happy days in the dunes).
The most beautiful nude beach I've found recently in the Canaries is El Salmo in Fuerteventura - about a mile of clean soft sand, wide beach, gentle slope into sea, quiet, unspoilt. But not a place for action!

There are some great clubs and bars. The best-known bar for swinger meets is the ComeBack bar in the Cita Center ( ). From there, you can go off to clubs. In the Cita Center basement there's the Fun4All club and the Venus sauna-based club. Nearby, in the Sandia Center, there's the 2x2 club. Or another well-known swinger club is Tu Y Yo ( ) which is a taxi ride away in a very rundown commercial centre, don't try to walk there.
There's a swinger resort in Maspalomas called La Mirage ( ) which looks enticing. You can visit La Mirage as a day visitor, which might be interesting for you.

There are lots of places in the dunes at Maspalomas where you can have fun together without too much interference. Start by getting to the beach at Faro (lighthouse) end. Face the sea, turn left, walk about 15 mins and you'll get to Kiosk 4 - this is the nude sunbed area. You might like to rent some sunbeds there and just chill, it's a very sociable area. This could be a good way of getting used to naked sunbathing with others around. When she feels comfortable, you could walk back into the dunes. If you want privacy, look for the higher spots, climb up into the little hillocks and find a private place. Guys will approach and wank, but you can wave them away usually. If you want company, encourage them nearer. Almost everyone in the dunes respects the unwritten rules!

I'll be in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, from 18-25 October. Daytimes - at the nude beach and in the dunes; night-times - bars/clubs in PDI (or hotel fun). Happy to meet with couples or singles.
