I will join in as well. confused

I have started already but keep on going through phases of not exercising and then exercising again to help with the weight loss. Ideally want I want is rid of my belly as Mrs Triptix keeps on patting it and saying when is it due ? evil

Situps are helping and I once had an three pack ish- well not defined but it did go in three times biggrin

It would be nice to get a six pack for real.

First I know of it was on here and I immediately phoned my parents (Near Aylesbury). They said it woke them up. Terrible thing to have happened. I am just glad there doesn't seem to have been any deaths.
By the way I have had to to rejoin :twisted: as I messed up my email and can't get a validation resent. (formerly triptix)
