Someone we can hold a conversation with and with whom we have something in common, so no young guys or older gents.  It’s a difficult call where age is concerned but we are looking at someone between 40 and 45 (and don't lie because it's obvious)!.  You definitely have to be local - no more than 10 miles from Paignton; too far and it becomes a nightmare logistically.
