Cramp is horrible and I also believe it is to do with lack of salt, so maybe have a look at your diet and see if you are including it at all.
Most people have too much salt with ready meals, so if nothing else it must mean you're eating healthier food. (In general)

I think your daughter did exactly the right thing by making sure he new how old she was and then fetching you and I think you have done the right thing, by letting her know that you are there to help if something like that happened and would not tell her off (as some might).
I would also agree with the poster above who said tell her to not add anyone unless she knows who they are. MSN is great for kids to keep in touch out of school, but can also make an innocent child vunerable.
Thankfully my son is in his teens now and quite savvy, so I think we have got past that stage, although I still check on him now and again.

ps. So glad I did get changed before going home this morning (wearing prisoner costume) as I got stopped by the police for driving a ickle bit too fast and had to get in the back of their car. And even more thank God I was careful with the drinking, as I came up as 0 units on the breath tester.
They were very kind and let me off with a caution.

She over reacted. I get a bit annoyed when people come across as over familiar and assume that I will meet them, but I certainly wouldn't ask for them to be banned.
I've only done that once and the guy got very hostile after a polite rejection and started calling me alsorts of nasty things. I thought that was uncalled for, especially with even after the insults he was still asking to meet for sex :shock: Like he was doing me a favour!!!

I know mine isn't the best deal. I have btbroadband but, I do get to have a rather smart 'anywhere' phone with access to the internet on it for a fiver extra a month and my son uses that. He used to cost me £15 to £20 a month on his old phone, so that has helped as the phone comes with 50 free talk minutes and 50 texts and you can carry the unused minutes/texts across to the next month.

Hmmmm... my mind has gone a blank with regards to starters, so for that reason I would say canapes and just get people working up their appetite.
Then I'm pretty profficient at making crispy peking duck with spring onion and cucumber and hoy sin sauce etc.
For dessert I found a great recipe for brandy and chocolate mousse that should be served with clotted cream. I also make my own icecream and sorbets.
Last time I had anyone over for a meal was about 6 weeks ago now and yes I did the crispy duck thing.

That huge list of single guys going and not one offer of a lift!!! I nearly managed to convince my buddy to come, but he's not been clubbing before and he is scared and now he has a cough (real one I saw him do it) so has crawled out of it, so... it looks like you will have to put me down on my own bouncy and I'll just have to raid my sons piggy bank for the fuel and annoy ppl all night lol.

I heard that the first £30,000 in anyone bank is protected by law so you wouldn't lose all of your money if they went down and if you have more than that (lucky you) just open up enough accounts to cover it so no account has more than that in it. By distributing your money you are safe guarding it.
I don't feel sorry for the banks and I do agree that by making the money available they have affectively driven the house prices up to the stupid level they are at and in turn they have made my life so much more difficult as there are so few men in their 30s who live on there own!!!! Everyone either lives with parents after a broken relationship or house shares!!!

Many people will not entertain the subjects that are being dealt with. Dawn's approach makes it more pallitable for the masses, in turn once they have for perhaps the first time considered something from a different viewpoint they may feel like finding out more and becoming more accepting.
Can that be a bad thing?
Not everyone wants 'hard core' information and explanation. Some people require a softening of a subject to be able to accept the subject matter at all and I think Dawn in particular does this beautifully. It is by no means silly and to discount this type of media as 'silly' is in itself silly to me.
She comes across as someone I would like to be around, some one I could relate to as a friend and by doing this I feel like I am experiencing the topic with her and empathising with her or at least understanding her. In that way I am either feeling like I am helping to guide her with things I already know and understand or learning with her when entering new experiences. It's like we're holding hands and taking each other through it. I am pretty sure this is the experience she was hoping to provide and in doing so she will be reaching far more than any hard core documentary can.
With regards to football. How can a job that pays a damn site more than any opera singer gets, be classed as working class heroes? That I fear has been taken away and made unobtainable, especially as so many footballers from the premier league teams are hand picked from foreign countries these days.
Role models? How often do we hear in the news that one has either beaten someone up, been done for drugs or speeding? I can think of better role models myself, like Dawn Porter perhaps?
