Well another fine mess lol,
If u have a virus or a bug no matter how many restore points u move to it will still be there.
If boot up in safe mode(press F8 as the machine boots) and then run an up to date nortons Anti virus then it will find a virus if it's in there.
Also if u go to (Nortons Home page) u will find links to a free system check from them. It is hidden but u will find it and the benefit is that they will check your system online for u free so it is the most up to date check u can get.
Also if you go to the AD-Aware site it will tell u how to totally remove it from your system.
Hope this helps if not come back and we can try something else(sometimes a hammer works lmao).

Well to add to the confusion. I recently had a moment of madness and gave in to Kitten's idea to remove it.
There followed a week or two of hilarious moments while we found the ideal method of removal.
After the usual nicks with a razor and various creams that made me go "OUCH it's burning" or words to that effect we found some women's bikini line removal cream. It had to be left on longer than recommended but it worked and he stood proud and hairless at last hehehehe.
Kitten says she likes it, I'm not sure as he gets cold hehehehe but I have found as it grows back it is softer and therefore there has been NO ITCHING so far.
Kitten wants me to stay this way so I am giving in to the promises she's giving me (I am male after all).
So if u want to shave without the itch we recommend female bikini line cream. Hope this helps
