Everytime I go onto the new chat it loads then kicks me back off and I mean EVERY time....I am finding in really irritating!! Please please please try and fix this asap. I am paying a fee to use this service and am not getting the full use of it. Using the old chat room doesn't give me access to all participants. Hence not getting full service!!
Looking forward to hearing what's happening and when it's happening to stop this error!

I'm also getting this message....I understand that there can be issues when new systems are launched but they should have a back up plan for this specific problem. They must have tested it before now....Not a happy bunny!!! :sad:
