Im an educated guy who can hold a conversation so can help others feel at ease and hopefully stop any uncomfortable silence =). I like to just go with the flow and i am happy to meet up first for a drink to see if everyone gets on and we are all comfortable with one another but also happy to just dive straight in! haha.
